    Manage the social media editorial vision for two of Activision’s biggest gaming franchises, Call of Duty and Destiny, across 12 international markets. Re-wrote the Tone of Voice for community management across multiple titles, eschewing linear responses for a more fluent, community-driven method of interaction. Redesigned the reporting structure, providing a more streamlined yet detailed approach to gain greater insight across all international communities. Introduced a new back-end data-management system to develop greater insights of Call of Duty’s markets, leading to more insightful and successful content on our channels. Managed a team of over ten people from London to Sydney. Provide weekly reports of content and community management performance. Also led the redesign of these reports to provide clearer insights from our team. Pitched and produced an entire social media campaign for an upcoming game launch at Europe’s biggest expo: Gamescom. Produced Instagram Stories including game capture and Q&As with the developers. We also launched local market social channels during the activation. Traffic grew 600% over the course of the campaign, with a retention rate on Stories of over 90%. Content was then replicated across the global channel and international markets due to its success. Produce all local market content social post copy. Also the lead editor for the Audi account, during which time I was part of the team to win the pitch to retain the lucrative account for a further three years.
