I have always been engaged in the world of Media, from watching the earliest TV Shows gas a child to writing my BA dissertation titled, 'is television where it needs to be?' I live and breathe creative media; I play games and watch tv for pleasure and for knowledge, studying the way games are made and marketed. Now I want to give back to the industry that has given me so much. It is a true ardour for media that drives me, something that cannot be taught or imitated, a unique fascination with storytelling that makes a person perfect for this industry.
I am currently establishing my career in the video game industry as a Freelance Associate Producer by researching production methods such as Scrum and Agile and making important connections with people in the industry. My experience of supervising and working in creative teams gives me the advantage of understanding the production process from various perspectives, all of which are important to the success of a project. In the future I aim to be the Lead Producer of my own studio.
