About me
After graduating from Coventry University, I decided to come back to Portugal and embrace some remote/freelancer gigs and projects. Back in September 2020, I was offered a position as a digital marketing assistant at a cosmetics start up Brazilian brand - Mayore Beauty. As of today, I am the Head of Ecommerce, whereas I oversee every action and project that involves marketing: social media management, SEO, influence marketing, B2B, pay-per-click (PPC), e-mail marketing and even offline marketing practices such as leaflets, catalogs and banners for physical events.

    - Market research on the competition (in this case, Mayore Beauty is a brand designed and thought to all Brazilian afro descendent consumers); - Align and launch campaigns alongside our B2B partners (e.g. Beleza na Web, Época Cosméticos, Amazon); - Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook and Instagram (plan, design, launch and optimize); - Measuring KPI's across paid campaigns- CTR (click-through-rate), ROAS (return on ad spending), CPC Link, Revenue per client, Initiative Checkout, CAC, Sales Conversions - Manage and implementation of digital campaigns and strategies across our social channels: Facebook, TikTok and Instagram; - Implement weekly improvements in order to increase the online sales; - Customer service management : oversee and respond to all social media comments; - Prepare and design email marketing campaigns; - Influence marketing strategies ; - Developed an Augmented Reality filter for a foundation virtual try-on (Mayore Beauty is distinguished in the Brazilian market for its huge variety of shades for the black community); - Weekly meetings with our partner companies to improve online presence, customer experience and online sales; - Keeping up with research on the competitors of the brand; - Overseeing and leading any promotional material to be used across social media channels; - Planning content which allows our audience to engage with our products and also educate our community about skincare solutions; - Active engagement with our audience through Instagram; - Social listening across our platforms; - Develop a consistent, unique and authentic online purpose; - Participate in activities with cultural associations (e.g. No More Child Labour, No More Genital Mutilation, No more Under-age Marriages); - Weekly track and analyse of all KPI's (organic and paid).
