Currently, at Burberry, I am leading the IOS App, Design Systems and DesignOps teams.
As part of the design leadership, I help our distributed global teams (30+ designers across London and Shanghai) to redefine the brand through digital channels.

I joined the company nearly 3 years ago working on the customer-facing app team. The team needed a strong iOS specialist to improve the UI and to work on new features.
After a year there, the Design Director invited me to start and lead our design system and ways of working initiative.
A few months later that initiative evolved and became our DesignOps that was created to better support our team of 30+ designers across different squads in London and Shanghai.
Today I'm part of the design leadership team, leading the APP, Design Systems and DesignOps.
