About me
Multi-product womenswear fashion designer working across soft wovens and knit, jersey and denim. Highly motivated and ambitious, with a history of working across premium high street brands as well as supplier base, providing a solid fashion background and technical skill set. Alongside my industry experience I am also a keen natural dyer, upcycling old textiles and garments and learning new ways to reconnect the fashion and textile industry with our natural resources.

-Design and manage own product development from concept to pre-production stage across wovens, knitwear, jersey, loungewear, swimwear and denim for both trend led wholesale brand; Lost Ink and sister brand; Label Rail.
-Working closely with Instagram Influencers for collaborative sister brand; Label Rail. A partnership with ASOS in which we design and develop limited edition capsule ranges with celebrities and influencers.
-Manage accounts for JC Fashion supply base; working with high street brands such as ASOS, Oliver Bonas and Very. Offering design and fabric support and assisting merchandisers with product development.
-Develop product and business strategy alongside buying and management, for both brand and supply side, including sustainability plans and new category development.
-Creating technical specification packs and print/graphic artworks for all own designs for factories in China + Far East.
-Manage social media accounts for sister brand; Label Rail.

Working alongside the designer for the denim led, trend focused womenswear brand
AND/OR at John Lewis. Reporting to both the designer and the head of design.
Solely responsible for designing and managing the jersey range for the brand, and ensuring product is in line with the ethos of the brand.
Assist in designing soft wovens, knit and outerwear and research new denim washes and key shapes for each season.
Consistently designed best selling styles for AND/OR, introduced new silhouettes and created a successful fabric and style architecture within the jersey range.
Regularly present the range and design development to key stakeholders.
Manage the Design Assistant and ensure clear communication and delegation of tasks.
Liaise with Europe and Asia based suppliers on a daily basis and work closely alongside buying and merch teams.
Product development trips and factory visits with suppliers based in India and Portugal.
