As a dedicated Social Media Manager for the refreshments category, it is my responsibility to foster and build a social community through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. I work very closely with the Brand managers and provide recommendations/ best practices for organic and paid social content alongside our external media agencies. I also collate and deliver monthly reports as well as post campaign reporting on metrics such as CTR, reach, impressions and conversions and ad recall. I develop and execute creative marketing programs, campaigns and promotions across social media and our ecommerce channels with the goal to drive awareness and acquisition. I develop the Social Media Strategy for multiple brands across the relevant social channels as well as engaging in reactive and proactive conversation. I establish and maintain an editorial calendar, content roadmap and associated workflows. I lead and collaborate on the digital content creation for acquisition and ensure digital assets and production principles are defined and adhered to across agencies and influencers.
I also develop compelling content for our community as well as continuously implement design and content changes to boost conversions. I collaborate internally and with influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
I co-ordinate and communicate with marketing and ecommerce function to ensure deliverables are being executed on and best practices and learnings are shared across various teams. I produce and post written content for website, email campaigns and social media (organic+ paid). I align content with organizational goals and develop strategic content to guide prospects across each stage of the conversion funnel.
I build and analyze key metrics and traffic patterns to measure performance of marketing programs and across the customer lifecycle focusing on SEO and customer acquisition Goals.
