NCS The Challenge is a social integration NGO that creates opportunities for young people from hugely diverse backgrounds to acquire new skills and develop solutions to challenges which will benefit both them and their local communities. As a Programme Administrator in a fast-paced and demanding office environment, I ensure the smooth running of The Challenge's summer programmes across Greater Manchester by: - Planning and prioritising multiple programmes running simultaneously - Preparation of programme documents and materials - Managing programme logistics - Liaising with external stakeholders - Coordinating with numerous departments in different locations - Securely handling large quantities of sensitive data I have also acquired an extensive understanding of risk management, safeguarding and GDPR that demands using my own judgement and responding with tact and sensitivity.
