About me
I have worked in account management for 5.5 years within the IT/Tech sector and enjoyed it immensely. Whilst I was working as an internal account manager, I decided to study Interior Design with the British Academy of Interior Design as this has always been a passion of mine. Since graduating, I have been promoted and now work as an Account Development Manager for an IT Reseller. Alongside my full time job, I am interning with an interior design company as a design assistant. I have gained a plethora of skills and knowledge across both fields. Though both of my working positions are different, I have found that some skills have been intertwined and having knowledge of both has helped me to master the experience I have already. I would love to use this mix of skills into a position that collaborates both account and project management with creativity.

I am currently working with Dozeli Design as a design intern to expand on the skills that I learnt whilst studying my Higher National Certificate with the British Academy of Interior Design.
In my role, I have been assisting with the full design process starting from mood boards and presentations to implementing the design through styling and painting. I have also assisted in procurement for furniture and supplies for key projects within Dozeli Design. Much of my role is heavily focused on the social media of Dozeli Design and ensuring that the design work is being shared on platforms whilst representing their brand.

I have been working as an Account Development Manager for an IT Software and Services reseller for the past 4 years. This role has provided me with many skills around customer service management and organization. I am the account manager for over 50 clients and ensure that everything is always running smoothly for them.
• Attending in-person and virtual meetings with clients daily to build strong relationships and assist with any query they have. Alongside this, I continuously manage my mailbox of over 100 emails per day.
• Organising the day-to-day running’s of my external account manager, e.g. their meetings, skype calls, what documents they need before meeting their customer, orders, etc.
• Sending out marketing to customers on LinkedIn and email.
• Looking after the full order process for customers from initial meeting to final installation, and then the aftercare to customers.
• Working as a team with consultants, pre-sales teams, external account managers, external sales teams, etc to produce the perfect outcome for the customer.
