About me
As a social anthropologist and design researcher working in strategy and innovation, I help solve some of the biggest challenges clients face at the intersection of human, business, and technology needs. Combining life-centred design practices, experience led strategy and my expertise in narrative storytelling, I help my clients better understand human behaviours and diverse needs in order to create more impactful products and services. With a PhD in Anthropology, I am an expert in a range of qualitative methodologies and approaches (including exploratory, generative, evaluative, and validation research). My passion lies in the 'fuzzy-front end' of innovation, where I have employed my deep expertise in ethnography and contextual discovery research across sectors and in geographies as varied as the U.K., North America, and the Middle East.
