About me
London based graphic designer and typography specialist driven by a passion for making things and solving problems. Experience in print, environmental and digital design has provided me with the skills to communicate across a variety of mediums. My desire to understand how machines work has led to develop a strong knowledge of print production and study the principles of website coding.
Projects
  • Vitsœ HQ and opening event
Vitsœ HQ and opening eventVitsœ built a new home in Royal Leamington Spa to house their production and staff. The building system is an extension of their modular 606 Universal Shelving System and had one golden rule, no paint brushes. My role Created the facade logo and text, gable numbers, W/C signs and glass manifestations. For the opening event we produced banners that communicated how the space will be utilised.
  • Bowers & Wilkins 2017 product catalogue
Bowers & Wilkins 2017 product catalogueThe product catalogue acts as an introduction to Bowers & Wilkins. It showcases their range of products, from flagship speakers to earphones, while giving an insight into how each product allows you hear True Sound. My role To build on previous catalogues with a focus on the experience of using their products rather than the technical features.
  • Ephemera from A–Z
Ephemera from A–ZOne Christmas, I was given a gift of a small quiz. It was packaged inside a large matchbox that was designed to appear as though it was from the early 20th Century. I wondered where the designers sourced their inspiration for the design of these old matchboxes. Thinking about ephemera, I reminded myself that the Centre for Ephemera Studies at the University of Reading houses the largest collection of ephemera in the world. This initiated the idea of creating a book on ephemera for my self-directed project as a source of inspiration for students. My role Concept and design development. Curating the content and making the final product.
