I am a degree educated freelance photographer originally from the UK and currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I have been privileged to have been able to travel the world and experience many different cultures and ethnicites in my professional life. My skills and qualifications as a multi-disciplined creative has allowed me to a work not only as a photographer, but in a number of different artistic fields in the music and film industries where I have worked at the highest level.
As a photographer, being personable and making the connection with the subject and client is incredibly important. I am commissioned on projects working with new people on a weekly basis and It would not be possible to do what I do if a connection or sense of empathy didn’t exist. Every time is a new exciting experience and I need to be adaptable to changes. To be always aware is paramount to getting the capture!
I feel very lucky to be able to make a living out of what I love but my level of ability hasn’t came to me without the hard work and dedication that I have.. and continue to put into my craft.
In Copenhagen I am a member of the Atmos art collective. I am very passionate about sustainability, the environment & social concerns which influence my personal and fine art work. If you have a moment, please take a look.

Projects
- Standley Music product launch campaign (Launch September 2020)New line of instrument accessories using nano-suction technology. I was the Creative Director and created all the content including producing and writing the video, copywrite, stills, audio (except video music), graphics, editing & grading
- "Our Friend Andrew" short film.During the recent lockdown period, rather than sit it out and bingewatch TV-series, myself and an actor friend decided to write and shoot a short film. It is an upbeat view on isolation, and about coping as well as being happy on your own. I shot and directed it and it took about 8 days to film with a minimum setup, no crew using my own camera gear (Blackmagic Production Cinema Camera). The plan is to submit to festivals next year. I am very much inspired by the worlds created in the work
- Promotional portrait for author: Tøre RorbækDecember 2019. I was asked recently to create a conceptual portrait for the journalist, conflict correspondent & author in conjunction with the release of his new graphic novel; "Shingal" (Danish to English translation: Sinjar), published by Forlæns in Denmark. The title is based on a region in Syria where events in the book are based upon and which actually occurred during the recent conflict in Syria in 2015. - Checkpoint Charlie. Danish Film Institute funded production. (Stills photographer, graphic artwork and promotional BTS video)I am providing the promo and set photography as well as the poster artwork and creation of a BTS interview video for promotion on this shortfilm production.
