    Ingenious - waste managing system for KLM AirlinesThe project happened from September 2017 to January 2018 in partnership with KLM Airlines. The team worked with a small unit called Scrap Plaza which is part of Engineering and Maintenance Department. Ingenious is an organizational design process especially designed for the Engineering & Maintenance Department of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to collaboratively manage their plastic waste.     • Scrum Master, team manager of a project in partnership with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines; • Definition of tasks, deadlines, team alignment; • Responsible for designing a new waste management process for one of KLM Airlines, being the product owner and aligning all 3 digital products in the final solution; • Conduction of qualitative research with stakeholders, using tools like interviews and participant observation.; • Facilitation of a workshop to gather clients' view of the problem, which was based on Lego Serious Play methodology; • Facilitation of brainstorming sessions within the team; • Translation of data into visual tools, such as journey and stakeholders maps; • Responsible for visual design and art direction of deliveries. • Working in an agile environment, using Scream methodology (a combination of Scrum and Design Thinking) as project management tool.
