    Worked with Rough Bones LTD, a small independent Record Label and management company, as personal assistant, Artist management assistant and assistant project co-ordinator working with one of our lead A&R Managers. My role consisted of : - Assisting the A&R Manager with day-to-day duties and diary management, filling applications for events/festivals, creating, coordinating and planning release schedules. - Communicating daily with Artists, coordinating Artist activities, advising Artists on best practices across social media, creating schedules, diary management, booking travel and accommodation for the Artists/team members, accompanying artists at in-person events, including video/photo shoots and live events. - Assisting on promotion campaigns and administrative tasks, assisting with the creation of campaigns around new releases and project, inputting data and creating ads campaign on Facebook Ads Manager or other platforms, providing the Manager with regular updates on singles/album, playlists development and consumption across streaming platforms - Researching external Artist campaigns as well as assisting my manager with research, contacting magazines, brands, platforms for possible collaborations or promotion campaigns. - A & R assistant, I reported directly to the A&R manager regarding the search and communication with new talents, booking studio/writing sessions, organising and setting up meetings with artists, managers and agencies. - Assisting the social media manager including contributing with concepts/ideas for social media campaigns, researching for new trends, creating post schedules, managing socials accounts on social media tools, providing regular updates and analysis, liaising with graphic designers to create engaging artwork for new campaigns and I ensuring that all artwork and production deadlines are met.
