Camilla Martini is an Italian photojournalist and documentarian. She collaborated with VICE, Munchies, Noisey, Culture Trip, RSI – Radiotelevisione Svizzera.
She directed documentary shorts, music videos, videodance. She wrote for Il Manifesto and Peacereporter. She photographed people and places to highlight environmental issues, social activism and the power of music.
Her work was screened at Salone del Gusto (2014) and Sguardi Altrove Film Festival (2015). She was finalist at COORPI – La danza in 1 minuto (2015) and 60 seconds dance (2016).
She grew up in Venice, went to Cà Foscari University for BA in Philosophy, then pursued a journalism and a filmmaking diploma in Rome. She also studied Science of Religions at University of Padua and Hebrew at Tel Aviv University. She now lives in Venice, Italy.
