    Next in line to the Chief Creative Director, I transformed the in-house creative production team to deliver expert project management, taking and exploring new ways of delivering and rolling out briefs. Directing a team of five, within one year, I fully restructured the Creative Studios team to optimize its processes, the training of multiple junior producers and the reshaping of the E commerce Studio. In becoming an autonomous and fully functioning in-house creative team we achieved the synchronization of the global brand image into a more streamlined visual message for consumers. I optimized the brands' processes and introduced new briefing procedures, new ways to manage production schedules, budgets and scopes for end-to-end campaign management and execution. I introduced a new form of management within the business, effectively managing projects cross-functionally through the use of appropriate resources and processes, involving creative development, execution and production. Directing all activities that come through the creative team, I have established efficiency and consistency to projects by implementing project related team meetings, such as kick-offs, status updates, internal/external reviews. My objective is to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget. I spearheaded new negotiations with bookers and collaborations with new artists, by utilizing the strong relationships I have built with agencies, transforming the quality of the Having responsibility for the annual content production budget, I am highly experienced with large scale production budgets and also have the capacity to work effectively within the constraints of small productions. By the end of the first year, I successful reduced a 30% overage from the previous year to 0%. Strategically, I introduced new creative content plans, advised a new platform based content production approach, and provided counsel and solutions to deliver more insight driven content strategies. Establishing new relationships and collaborations, cross-functionally and cross-markets with other internal and external departments globally, is crucial to my role.
