I’m a creative and data-driven professional who is passionate about the digital world and online businesses. I have strong experience in account management at Yieldify, which is a software company that assists online businesses to increase their conversions, and at Dragonet, a courier company. I started at Yieldify as an event marketing intern where I was promoted to the role of Marketing Executive, but I realised that my true passion was in a client facing role. Therefore I applied internally to the Account Management position for the French market and after 6 months in this role I am looking for a new opportunity to further develop my skills in the digital industry.

with the client marketing strategy and key business objectives.
Management of 30 accounts across a range of verticals including
Fashion, Electronics, Kitchen and homeware and other retail
brands. Consistently over achieved on monthly targets.
• Sales: Upselling products and campaigns within the remit of
Account Management. Convert legacy clients into contracted
clients and renew existing contracts. In a 7 months period of time
1 contract renewed and 2 legacy clients under contract. Constantly
upselling campaigns on other devices or other domains.
• Statistical Analysis and campaigns optimisation: creation of
client’s reports to provide data about the performance of their
Yieldify campaigns. Provide recommendations in relation to the
reports to enhance client’s performance and achieve a higher level
of revenues for the client.
• Internal team briefing and campaign management: Main point
of contact for internal requirements for the client, briefing the
project management and design team and ensuring a high level
of quality on every campaign.
• Marketing involvement: creation of client’s case studies and translation
of English case studies into French. Involvement on the
creation of the Yieldify customer testimonial videos. Competitor
analysis on the French market.
• Learnings: management of customers with a strong e-commerce
knowledge, understand and sell complex products to experts,
data analysis and campaign management

lists, test sending and message sent up to 1,000 people.
• Creation of landing pages for lead generation (using Unbounce)
