Assisting in the running and marketing of an online business specialising in art prints, gifts and homeware. Role includes: -Creating written content for all product copy through website and printed promotional material. -Sourcing new illustrators and artists to collaborate with, generating ideas with them and supervising the development of designs. -Creative direction for photoshoots and new product ideas. -Writing copy for PR, marketing and social media to a set time plan. -Managing e-commerce activity, through website orders and Not On The High Street account. -Dealing with general customer service, including queries, returns and exchanges. -Assisting with trade and wholesale activity, from sourcing new stockists to invoicing clients. -Preparing orders for shipment, whilst overseeing smooth running of account activity with couriers and postal service. -Print studio management, including maintaining stock levels and task delegation.
