About me
I am a Theatre Production (BA Hons) graduate from Bath Spa University with a passion for production and stage management. During my training I had multiple opportunities to build on my experience of production management - developing skills such as leadership skills and budget management, as well improving my communication and health and safety awareness. Having begun my training from a more technical persuasion, I have a thorough understanding of lighting, AV and especially sound and am comfortable working technically if required. Post-graduation I was fortunate enough to find work soon after in stage management working in brilliant productions aimed at a variety of audiences and having differing needs. Working as a DSM and prop sourcing for these various shows on a budget and with a quick turnaround gave me a great opportunity to learn. I have always been told that one of my most remarkable skills is my calmness and fairness in management, and I take that as high praise! I am now seeking to expand on my experience, especially in production management, and look forward to future work with new and talented people!

Anomaly was a debut play by Liv Warden exploring sisterhood, reputation and loyalty. Directed by Adam Small and produced by WildChild Productions. The show centred the lives of the daughters of an international media mogul accused of multiple counts of abuse and assault and the repercussions felt by his family. I joined this production two days before the tech rehearsal due to an unexpected drop-out. Due to the nature of the script there was much voice-over playback making it a tech-heavy production with approximately 270 cues for the 70 minute production. For my role as Technical Stage Manager, I carried out the following tasks: - Assisted with the set fit-up - Created the book - Ran the technical rehearsal - Operated QLab and an ETC Ion - Cleaning and resetting the stage and theatre daily - Tidying and maintaing props - Troubleshooting technical problems before shows - Aiding visiting companies with technical setup - FOH Usher collecting tickets - Assisting with the get-out
