Soft Separates (Woven / Jersey) Clients: ASOS, Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Evans, River Island, Dorothy Perkins, Shop Direct, Sainsbury’s, AnotherEight • Working closely with Design and Sales team on new product development as well as QC, Testing and Merchandising team during and after the manufacturing of the product to ensure smooth running of production. • Ensuring best cost prices are achieved by constant negotiations with local and overseas suppliers based in Romania, China and Turkey. • Resolving any manufacturing issues, ensuring goods were shipped 100% in high quality and on time by constant follow up, coordinating with customers, production facilities and suppliers. • Organising and conducting weekly meetings with the Production team on problem styles, deliveries, prices and general issues. • Set up and management of Critical Path for Romania account as well as AnotherEight account. • Sourcing fabric and trims whilst negotiating on best prices and deliveries to benefit the production schedule and budget for individual styles. • Overseeing all development and production client samples made in house in our sample room and by the factories whilst participating to fit meetings to better understand needed changes. • Coordinating and managing weekly imports and exports to and from the UK whilst overseeing fabric and trims transport to and from the warehouse.
• Working in the brand’s boutique in Shoreditch before transferring to the concession in Topshop Oxford Circus. • Organising and conducting weekly meetings with head office to be on top of any relevant Topshop updates, client feedback, sale promotions as well as merchandise changes or any other relevant communication. • Ordering stock from our warehouse and organising weekly deliveries to and from Topshop to accommodate new stock coming in or being returned. • Traveling to other Topshop locations such as Brighton, Manchester or Sheffield on a monthly basis to oversee monthly sales and manage visual merchandise for the brand. • Covering fitting room rota throughout the week as required by Topshop. • Ensuring sale targets were met by collecting weekly customer feedback, conducting Topshop and head office meetings, weekly updating online offers on Topshop and own website as well as changing in store offers and visual merchandising regularly. • Complying with seasonal promotions within Topshop and Topshop online, working out sale prices, ensuring staff was briefed to the company’s standards and those were covering the peak trading times.
