Prepare and manage all of The Best You and NLP Life Training events, seminars and expos, including venue sourcing and management, organising suppliers, facilities and participants, etc.
Responsible for strategic planning and on going management
Accurately manage the delegates, exhibitors, speakers, etc. participant database and all required deliverables to ensure all active and up-to-date
Support in coordinang suppliers, volunteers, exhibitors, speakers, VIPs, aendees, etc. prior and on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly (this includes placing and track orders, receiving and organise deliveries, etc.)
Work on-site during the buildup, open period and breakdown of all the events, seminars and expos
Engage in all discussions and confirmations with suppliers
Supported The Best You London Expo 2018 (12,500 participants, 180 speakers and exhibitors), prepared the Awards Gala 2018 (250 guests) and managed The Best You Expo in Long Beach, California ( 4,000 participants, 150 speakers and exhibitors)

Manage vendor negotiations, secure catering, staffing, rentals, video, photography, audio suppliers
Permissions and approvals with local authorities
Partner with cross-functional internal and external teams, including production partners, to ensure smooth delivery of events
Briefing and staff/ crew management on-site Supplier Management
High attention to detail: ensuring that events are smoothly managed and are on track with timelines Produce timelines, status reports, schedules, call sheets and crew lists
