Composer and sound designer Carlo Ascrizzi is known for his unnerving music scores, dystopian soundscapes and detailed sound design for film and multimedia. Carlo also works under the cinematic alter ego Nokuit and the performance act La Santa. He is the co-founder and director of London based record label wannamarchi.club In 10 years of freelance and independent work, Carlo has developed extensive experience in audio postproduction for a wide range of formats and creative purposes, while increasingly specialising in contemporary, experimental soundtracks and original, micro-detailed sound design. Throughout the years Carlo obsessively focused on refining his own way of conveying emotional expression and storytelling with sound, developing a hybrid mix of post-genre electronics, traditional composition and multi-layered musical sound design.
