About me
I was born on Lake Como, long before Clooney made it famous.
Italy taught me fine art, natural beauty and love for life, and I carry this appreciation everywhere I go.
For a period we lived in Mexico, and that spurred my curiosity and openness for all things new and different. No wonder I entered advertising.
Milano is my home now, and I love to see it flourish into an international business & lifestyle
hub. It is here that I met my wife, and we raise two wonderful kids, who I have to admit are my
biggest teachers today.

I started my journey in Saatchi & Saatchi, eager to make a mark, and in just ten years I found myself as Vice General Manager of the Milan office and Director of New Business.
I felt I was ready for more, and in 2010 I’ve co-founded and took the role of CEO in
M&C Saatchi Milan. Today the agency is regarded as the most fast-moving and entrepreneurial on the market, with a staff of over 120 creating award-winning work for Clients in almost every industry.
In 2014 I was first elected as President of IAB Italy, and the organisation has since grown
exponentially in its size and influence, defining the market’s education and conversation.
My leadership is focused on people and results: I want to see those around me succeed,
and I love to drive transformation of my Clients’ businesses. I believe in Diversity of Thought
where the more different are the people on my teams, the richer and more interesting are
the results we can produce.
