1. Marketing department. Participated in the decision-making process for the adoption of a new approach to customer relationship management. 2. Worked in a team with two other interns to develop a communication strategy for an international presentation of a product (HeartWare). Analysed the current trends of commercial communication to design an integrated strategy.
Operations management department. Collaborated with the operations management team to optimize the operational process of the company in order to increase efficiency. Achieving a significant decrease in the lead time figures.
