About me
Carlotta is an award winning producer who collaborates with renowned names in advertising, film, and education internationally. She's the go-to expert in virtual production workflows for leading global companies, with a portfolio that includes partnerships with Edelman, AMV BBD, Scholastic, BAE Systems, Vice, iD Magazine, News UK, and many others. Her mission is to bridge the gap between technology, environmental science, and storytelling to ensure a sustainable future for our natural world. Carlotta is a writer, producer, creator, and director committed to advancing environmental innovation. A passionate technologist, she's also recognised as a fellow of the Epic Games Unreal Engine Fellowship, where she graduated from the 2022 "Storytelling" cohort, collaborating with over 100+ digital artists from around the globe. In her role as an independent consultant and educator, Carlotta champions the ethical use of technology within the creative industries. She places a strong emphasis on education and its critical role. Since 2023, Carlotta has served as a production and leadership consultant for the National Film & Television School, while also mentoring students in the University of Westminster Film Programme. Carlotta's unique gift lies in her ability to deeply connect with teams. She combines introspection and empathy with strong leadership, communication skills, and clarity. She operates with a crew-centric mindset, facilitating creative & executive teams to perform at the best while cultivating authentic relationships and leveraging on people’s natural talents. Beyond her work within the industry, Carlotta is a sought-after speaker on critical topics such as climate change and Generation Z data insights. Her insights have been shared at prominent events, including the Children's Media Conference, IDC Future of Work Conference, Connected TV World Summit, and Social Day. In her own words, she is plant based, dog-obsessed, flow-optimised, and an incurable optimist.
