Engaging with senior stakeholders to develop strategic D&I solutions to support corporate targets and business priorities, such as talent attraction and retention, and employee engagement
Key learning: the roots of organisational problems can be in really unexpected places! For example attracting top talent might have more to do with your management than recruitment practices.

Ancitel E&A is an innovative environmental consultancy firm who are leading experts in waste management and electric mobility infrastructure. My work included:
- Leading internationalisation of data-driven waste management software, including market adaptation, positioning and launch
- Developing a strategy to drive the development of electric mobility infrastructure in Italian municipalities (still running)
- Managing relationships with over ten partners, clients and public institutions, including municipalities, the Italian Ministry of Environment and International Waste Management Association
