Right now, I'm exploring and further developing my skills in process design, workshop facilitation, service design and brand strategy by running my own consultancy and innovation firm: The Genuine Lab. I am currently in the internship phase of my programme, so I am keen on practicing my facilitation and process design skills on organisations and individuals within the realms of team and company culture, team development, meeting design, expectation management, unlocking creativity, and boosting innovation. I am based in Manchester but I am flexible and willing to travel. Please get in touch if you're interested in working with me, or know any individual / organisations who would, or if you just want to have a cup of coffee and talk about life. www.carolinabeiertz.co.uk Other things I do: • Freelance photographer: www.carolinabeiertzphotography.com • Founder of monthly creative meetup in Manchester Drinkn'Doodle: www.meetup.com/drinkndoodle • Co-founded and help run a monthly Manchester Feminists meetup.Locked Pro Plan feature
