Experienced in both as a Brand Specialist for Selfridges and as a Fashion Photographer in her previous internships. Graduated in Fashion Promotion and Imaging in UCA Epsom. Building a relationship with the client; communicating with professionalism and style. Keeping a client book for special requests about new coming products or updating them with a “back in stock” desired product
Maintaining and trying to elevate the sales figures, make clients and team members love the brand and update them with new arrivals
Always keeping an up to date knowledge about the brand; it’s culture/history, the latest fashion news about who celebrity is wearing it and how they are wearing it
Cross selling the product; to provide a total look, from ready-to-wear to accessories
When supervisor is away, I am responsible to deal with the repairs, this involves dealing over the phone or in person with the clients and sometimes managing complaints

Preparing props and background, setting up studio lights and change settings on camera CANON EOS 5 mark III model
Observing new locations and managing to work with natural lighting in outdoors
Working alongside with stylist, model, hairdresser and make-up artist- interacting within the team
Main clients are children aged from 4 to 12 and occasionally teenager/adults
When session ends, keep studio tidy
