About me
My goal is to pursue a career in cultural and visual research, aspiring to help organisations and brands understand individuals not only as consumers but as producers of culture and knowledge. I am fascinated by the relationship between people and brands in the era of frantic promotional culture within organisations, politics and individuals.
I graduated with a first class honours as a mature student. In my degree, I explored cultural shifts and society’s restructuring in connection to modern history. I also explored the practical application of this knowledge in the production of a stop-motion animation “Landless” and the design of a website “Nonconform-eats.com”. In my dissertation I studied the Instagram economy where I could identify the relationship between its participants and greater social structures, such as class and race, interwoven with the neoliberal market.
