Worked in a team of 20 in the Cyber Security industry. Planned and executed various marketing activities, creating new content, and improving brand awareness.
• Planned a campaign to help people stay safe online during Christmas: offering free consultations, producing blogs, and running paid social media ads.
• Created 20 static images, developed new hashtags, and followed key trends to drive social media impressions, resulting in a 500% increase in followers.
• Co-ordinated actives between multiple departments, communicating clearly and regularly to ensure all deadlines were met.
• Created the main messaging strapline and optimised all website content, ensuring it was on brand, resonated with our target audience, and performed well on SEO.
• Presented a proposal to 3 senior directors to launch a PPC campaign which was later implemented and successfully drove new traffic to the website.
• Managed multiple key stakeholders including the Marketing Director and CEO, seeking feedback and approval on creative concepts.
• Researched industry experts to interview, created 10 questions to ask them, and managed relationships with relevant trade press to share content with.

Worked in a team of 3 students pitching a new campaign idea to 15 people from the agency and client (ADT), this resulted in a placement with the agency to launch our campaign.
• Conducted market research and sent 200 surveys to bill payers. Identified that people feel safer in their houses in the day and felt more unsafe at night.
• Conducted a ‘mystery shopping’ exercise, helping us understand the customer journey and gain key insight into the clients brand values and personal approach.
• Created a multi-channel marketing campaign called ‘There’s Power In Security’.
• Worked with multiple departments to create assets including: 30s YouTube video, social media posts, out of home billboards and website copy.
• Supported the production of the main campaign film, creating the storyboard and providing on-set direction.
• Built commercially productive relationships with designers, creative directors, copywriters, account managers, and the client.
