I was also responsible for introducing the acts, going through formalities  and delivering any notices about future concerts to the audience. My administrative roles included minute taking, planning meetings and sending emails. I gained experience in using software such as Microsoft Office and Google docs to create cost spreadsheets and to plan our bookings for each season. I also used social media platforms to help promote our events which developed my experience in using social media on a professional basis.
