Coaching Psychologist with 25+ years global business experience (London, New York, Toronto and Vancouver) which culminated in my Managing Director role at a brand communications agency in London. Since 2017, I have been working alongside Founders, Entrepreneurs and other divergent thinkers as a coach and mentor, applying a deeply human, person-centred and neuroinclusive approach to create new insights and meaningful change. I also create bespoke coaching programmes for neurodivergent talent more broadly, working together to fully understand, value and harness strengths, whilst viewing challenges with compassion and a systemic lens; creating effective strategies to live and work with greater purpose and clarity.
