My work has facilitated partnerships across multiple industries including hospitality, art, fashion, film and music enabling a tangible knowledge and understanding of the global luxury and lifestyle landscapes and an ability to successfully forge strong relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders alike.
For the past two years I have been included in PRWeek’s UK Power Book, “the definitive guide to the brightest and most influential PR professionals in Britain.”

Senior Director of CommunicationsFour Seasons Hotel
- London, United KingdomFull Time
As one of the world’s leading luxury hotel companies, it was my responsibility to oversee the PR and Marketing disciplines for the brand’s UK Collection of hotels comprising Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Leading a team of five spanning public relations, food & beverage marketing and digital marketing, the planning, production and delivery of high quality Communications strategies for each hotel was central to my role ensuring all business objectives were being met, key messages voiced and core segments targeted, collaborating with other commercial departments including Sales and Revenue as required in order to achieve budgets. Ensuring an effective digital eco-system and eCRM was being nurtured and grown was also fundamental to my function, allowing each hotel’s individual DNA to come through but within a predetermined group of aesthetics and values. In the identification of key marketing partners and the building and development of the strategic direction of the relationships, successful collaborations culminated with brands including Burlington Arcade, House of Garrard, Historic Royal Palaces, Coates & Seely, Highclere Castle and Maddox Gallery. Integrated strategies drove all activations designed to position each hotel competitively with a strong focus on demand generation, brand-led guests experiences and creative engagement to prompt both local and international loyalty. During my tenure with Four Seasons I was also privileged enough to work directly with the company’s CMO and other senior leaders as part of a founding group in the establishment of a new experiences platform, an opportunity which granted me insight into the development of a significant global corporate initiative from its very inception.
Head of Marketing & CommunicationsMarcus Wareing Restaurants
- London, United KingdomFull Time
Marcus Wareing Restaurants is one of the UK’s leading restaurant groups and having set-up and established the Sales & Marketing discipline for the company, in October 2017 I was able to bring in a Head of Sales to sit alongside me, whilst I focused more fully on the group’s Marketing & Communications. In the two and a half years I was with Marcus Wareing Restaurants, I not only established a solid Sales, Marketing & Communications structure within the business, but I developed the company from three individual restaurants run by a well-known and highly regarded chef, into a group with a strong brand identity. With this newly established identity, I was able to showcase the powerful relationship between the restaurants, whilst using Marcus Wareing’s profile as the compelling common thread in a way that enhanced rather than standardized each of them. Reporting directly into Marcus Wareing and the Group Operations Director, during my tenure at the company I had the responsibility of managing both external agencies and a number of inhouse positions.
