Culture marketing and communications specialist with over 15 years’ experience
Skilled in nurturing key relationships with press and ambassadors and implementing publicity and marketing strategies.
I also have an extensive background working with innovative brands, including relocating to Berlin in 2006 to work for Beatport LLC and more recently the Danish design start up AIAIAI.
I build PR and marketing strategies, produce and manage media projects, develop and manage relationships and write engaging copy.

- Origins East Exhibition at Hoxton Square Bar & KitchenI managed press for this photography exhibition at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen and also managed a break-out panel event with the photographers, hosted by DJ and author, Bill Brewster. The exhibition saw in depth features across national media such as, Dazed, i-D Magazine, and VICE and was also featured in Mixmag, The Metro, Creative Review, Wonderland, Hackney Gazette and Metropolitan Magazine (Eurostar's lifestyle magazine) The exhibition celebrated the importance of nightlife and self-expressi
- TMA-2 ModularLed on communications for TMA-2 Modular, the world's first modular headphone system, which included collaborating with Margaret PR in the UK and securing key features across tech, lifestyle and music press. Throughout the development and launch of this project I also build and managed key marketing activity, including the integration of key artist ambassadors and other industry partners.

Gained a valuable insight into the workings of a busy press office at a dynamic national charity, reporting in to the Head of News and Celebrity and Ambassadors Manager
• Attended weekly news meetings to discuss coverage relating to mental health and Mind
• Compiled the Daily News Bulletin, a news roundup from the press office that circulates to all departments daily
• Edited an upcoming report on Male mental health to launch during Mental Health Awareness week
• Researched and brainstormed ideas for national media opportunities and specific lifestyle feature slots for key Mind Ambassadors
• Used Gorkana to create relevant press lists for the Celeb & Ambassadors team

Managed publicity for food, drink and events hub Flat Iron Square (London Bridge) and award-winning music venue Omeara (both owned by Ben Lovett of Mumford & Sons)
• Placed local and national coverage across Flat Iron Square’s food, culture and events programme
• Oversaw PR agency communications for all brand activations taking place onsite (including major sports activations with GUINNESS and PIMMS)
• Researched and suggested events to maximise Flat Iron Square’s profile in national media around calendar events
• Managed publicity for key events at Omeara, including the UK’s first club event aimed at disabled people and their carers and a ‘Hip Hop Saved My Life’ event hosted by comedian Romesh Ranganathan
• Hosted press launch events on behalf of Chalk Press Agency, including ensuring invites to key national journalists
