I am a London-based Graphic Designer with a bold, experimental approach to design briefs and a varied skill-set. A combination of tactile processes refined with digital techniques is the hallmark of my practice and brings a unique quality to my work. I particularly love illustration, typography and layout design - but I enjoy getting stuck into all kinds of work, from UX/UI design to branding projects.

Throughout my time at Powder Byrne I have been pivotal in a number of key projects
across digital and print platforms. Most recently, I have led the redesign and delivery of
a new app, right through from conception to completion. I simplified and streamlined
the UX of our existing web app and overhauled the UI to bring the design inline with
our brand style, delivering a consistent, cohesive visual message. Artful and explanatory
illustrations, relevant photography and a user-friendly structure guide the user through
the app and provide a seamless experience.
Another big project I have been closely involved with is the development of a new
publication, moving away from a more formal and sales-led annual brochure to a
contemporary magazine filled with lifestyle content relevant to the brand. I created a
fresh new look for the magazine, staying true to our existing guidelines whilst breathing
new life into them, with sharper typesetting and original illustrations.
As well as these larger projects, my ongoing work has revolved around the design needs
of the marketing and operational teams; designing digital advertising, various printed
material including leaflets, editorial advertising (Financial Times, The Week and others),
posters, and client communication materials. Throughout my time at the company, I
have also updated the visual style to include a consistent colour palette and a library of
iconography which is now used across the board. I also undertook a photography audit and
managed a shoot in resort in Switzerland, taking the photographs myself.

My primary role at Great White Printing was designing for in-house publicity and
marketing. One of the main projects I worked on was redesigning the logo and
implementing it across a range of promotional materials and company stationery. I also
created company profiles on social media platforms which I managed and produced
content for - both photography and graphics - and I devised promotional mailers which
were sent out to a database of distributors. On top of designing, I also produced visuals
for clients of their printed products and prepared artwork for a variety of print outputs.
