Oversaw a team of 30 people. Achievements include: Launch of Burberry Body fragrance e-commerce on Facebook to increasing sales through its 7.6m Facebook fans. Experience design of enterprise platform ‘Burberry World’ to increase digital capability to meet business needs to streamline distribution, improve supply chains and unify its employees. Nokia Mobile Finder a connected in-store interactive tool that lets consumers find the right phone, discover what they can do with it, and download the apps that brings their devices to life. With a roll-out to 30 markets across 20,000 stores the solution delivered a 32% increase to time spend in-store, 25% increase of downloads to Nokia app store and a 270% increase in-store gear attachment rate per product sold.

Managed global team of 80 people, lead for all global offices across North America, Asia and Europe. Key Achievements include: Doubled revenues over course of my leadership from $5m –$10m, developing programme of work partnering with Ford product design team across My Ford Touch accounting for $2.5m revenue increase. Partnered with Ford product design team (J Mays – VP Design, Derrick Kuzak – Global Product Chief) to develop future thinking of in-car interface. My Ford Touch increased purchase consideration consistently ranking among the top 10 purchase considerations with new Ford owners.
