As an excellent communicator and analytical Senior Marketing Executive; I enjoy curating great brand stories and analysing data to increase brand awareness and sales. Since joining the company, desirable ROAS and marketing revenue goals have been consistently achieved through email, paid social, PPC and affiliate channels. Responsibilities include: • Manage marketing channels which include affiliate, PPC, social and email • Work closely with the merchandise team to monitor product performance and Adspend. • Content planning, content creation and distribution on social media, email, affiliate sites and interior media titles. • Coordinate with web designers for newsletters, visual content, branding, CRO and SEO copywriting. • Finding and securing collaboration opportunities with influencers and media titles • Planning, executing and managing campaigns to ensure KPIs are met. Campaigns include: “The Importance of Sleeping in a Darker Room”, “24 Beautiful Mornings”, “UK’s Dream Homes”, “DIY Decision Makers” and link building activities. • Weekly and monthly marketing report. • Ad-hoc supply chain, merchandising, new business and customer service assistance.
PR Agency specialising in consumer technology, and food & beverage Managed social media planning and media pitching for various accounts. Responsibilities included: • Daily media pitching (in HK, UK & US) for GlocalMe, EliteSingles, DatePlay and Doro. • Fostering relationships with journalists and influencers to send out product samples for coverage. • Creating and scheduling social media posts for GlocalMe HK & International. • Writing and placing op-ed, bylined articles, media advisories and CEO profiles. • Brainstorming and researching for PR campaigns which include “Age is Good” for Doro and “Find Love in the Big Smoke” for Elite Singles. • Translating & proofreading client reports, press releases, user manuals and website between Chinese and English for GlocalMe. • Smaller daily tasks such as coverage clippings, creating media lists, new business research, responding to journalist requests and following up on potential coverage.
PR Agency specialising in FMCG, media, technology and transport In this role, I worked mainly on Diageo and was responsible for drafting Red Stripe’s social media posts, preparing client reports, and I had the opportunity to help with various accounts through brainstorming, running daily errands and being on-site for events and stunts.
PR and Events agency specialising in electronic music events In this role I assisted on multiple projects which include Red Bull Music Academy Tour, Time Warp Manheim, Eastern Electrics, Sonus and various club launches. This included event logistics, artist management, PR and email marketing.
Alongside Event Management, course module included Marketing, Project Management, Law and HR as part of the degree.
