  • The Word, a weekly newsletter by Sonder & Tell
The Word, a weekly newsletter by Sonder & TellShortly after joining Sonder & Tell, I launched our newsletter The Word, which has become a widely respected weekly mailer focussing on book reviews, brands we love, writing prompts, interviews we've done with content creators and brand marketers, and a storylist of articles, books, podcasts and content we consume over the week. We've been featured in Lecture In Progress (a subsidiary project from It's Nice That) and have accrued over 1000 subscribers in a few short months.
  • 'How Do You Like Your Copy In The Morning?'
'How Do You Like Your Copy In The Morning?'An event series (and proud pun) run by Sonder & Tell which acts as part creative breakfast and part talk/Q&A with leading content creators, copywriters and brand storytellers. Hosted at your new favourite glasses brand Bailey Nelson, we had freelance Copywriter Vikki Ross (Sky TV, ITV, The Body Shop, Virgin), and next we'll have Monzo's writer Harry Ashbridge and Creative Strategist at eatbigfish, Benjamin Cooper to complete the series.

Sonder & Tell is a tone of voice and brand storytelling agency that puts words first. We work with clients like Cath Kidston, Bumble, Airbnb and Good Hemp to help distil their story and find authentic and engaging ways of communicating it to their audience. As Community & Marketing manager, I run our events calendar, manage our freelance community, oversee all our brand comms as well as project manage clients and work with our two co-founders to find new business. We also read. A lot. Of books. And yes, I consider Netflix adaptations of novels to sit within that category, because high/low content is real.

    Head of CommunityFerly
     - London, United KingdomFull Time
As head of community for femtech company Ferly – an audio guide to empowering sexual wellbeing – I harnessed community through launching our newsletter, connecting with our community on social channels as well as creating a dedicated private Slack channel where I personally spoke to each member (over 50!) about sexual wellbeing and the experience of being a self-identified woman reclaiming her sexual power. I co-ran focus groups and user testing events with our lead product designer, chaired panel events and led two key events around the practice of Body Mapping, which can be found on the Ferly app. The first was to officially launch Ferly into the world – the event was held at Local Globe, leading VC fund who are Ferly's investors – and invited press from Refinery 29, Cosmopolitan, Stylist Magazine and Grazia, as well as members of the Ferly community and our peers in similar fields. Refinery 29 then asked me to lead this Body Mapping session and be part of a panel discussion on pleasure at Wilderness Festival, 2019.
