About me
I am a free|ance fashion and costume designer based in London with a BA (Hons) Fashion Design Technology: Womenswear at London College of Fashion. My rich education background in Italian haute couture, graphic design and stage drama are the main ingredients of what I produce today: a bold and time-consuming mixture of aesthetical obsessions which fire me up. Alongside my already well-rooted keeness for eye-catching designs, I have a strong interest in social matters and, in my own personal projects, I use beauty to communicate things that matter. Good examples of works which represent me well are: Peek-a-boo & Kicking Curves S/S14 - a sexy-kitsch eveningwear collection for the glamourous plus sized woman in full Jean Paul Gaultier style, The Land of the Forever Fragile A/W13 - a sleepwear range based in-depth identity study on a self-harmer teenager, and my graduate collection Mortparfaite A/W15 - a transgressive haute couture collection of statement pieces, which questions the usage of beautified violent content in advertisement and, more broadly, the perverse pleasure humanity derives from turning violence into entertainment. My current aim is to broaden my experience as a professional - in other words I am looking for the "employer of my dreams" (haha) Personally, I am a (physically) short person with a iron work ethic. I can offer an exceptional aesthetic sense, an innovative approach to design, first-rate technical skills as a pattern cutter and seamstress, and enthusiasm for teamwork. I also provide a bespoke tai|oring service for private costumers. For those who are interested, please contact me on my mobile number listed below. Thank you!

Peek-A-Boo & Kickin' CurvesJEAN PAUL GAULTIER for EVANS Dismissing general attitudes towards plus size fashion, but rather celebrating the “feel good in your own skin” ethos, Peek-A-Boo & Kickin' Curves S/S 15 is a sexy-kitsch occasionwear collection which sensualize women's curves, while at the same time respecting the criteria that affects their confidence. For the positivity, enthusiasm and mind-openess Jean Paul Gaultier's work is known and loved for, I decided to bring his spirit to the British shape-specialist store Evans . This work was completely tailored on my muse Jess Daphne Milton, a gorgeous and charismatic UK size 18, who also modelled the collection. My main inspiration sources for this exciting design adventure were the homo-erotic kitsch film "Pink Narcissus" for fabric and colour, the luscious textures of Pierre&Gilles' photographs and the voluptuous draped silhouttes of 1930's Hollywood divas.
