    ● Provide first class administrative support to the DoP and FD, including management of the DoP’s workload, demanding schedule, and inbox. ● Manage travel arrangements including: flights, accommodation, visas and the creation of detailed travel itineraries. ● Screen phone calls, coordinate conference calls and meetings across multiple time zones. ● Minute Management meetings as required. ● Manage DoP, FD and CEO expenses ● Liaise with the UK Head of Business Operations, as well as the Regional business leads and DoP to coordinate the agenda and materials for the bi-weekly and ad hoc Global Committee meetings.
