At Serge DeNimes I work alongside the MD, Oliver Proudlock to manage all aspects of the business. My day to day roles include; customer service, fulfilling orders, social media, organising photoshoots, maintaining the website, paying invoices, liasing with factories and wholesalers, managing interns and assisting with any other needs of the business. Throughout the week, I have a wider range of jobs to complete, such as assisting on refining future designs, liasing with influencers for marketing, creating e-mail newsletters and writing product copy. I also oversee the updating of imagery on the website to keep it fresh and inviting for customers. This consists of creating GIFs, digital merchandising and buying in new stock (whilst working to a strict budget for each collection). I am used to working to a deadline and am able to work under pressure. I have a great understanding of SEO, both on-page and off-page.
