Leading creative content across online and offline media channels covering email, social media, onsite, associates and in-store, while also managing a team of two Junior Designers. Working closely with the Content Editor to conceptualise strategic concepts for omni-channel projects. Art directing photo shoots and videos for still-life, lifestyle and editorial, from small ad-hoc trade requests, to high-profile seasonal events such as Sale, Christmas and the Ascot Races. Designing creative concept frameworks for forthcoming content and shoots, presenting the objectives and vision to key stakeholders, as well as external agencies such as videographers, casting, hair and makeup, set-builders and prop distributors. Fully responsible for ensuring the final assets and imaging quality is of an exceptional standard by providing clear retouch notes and maintaining a regular dialogue with the post-production and design teams. Produce image-usage and graphic design guidelines for external and internal graphic design teams, ensuring the creative vision is upheld.
