- Optimize and analyse user requirements covering different touchpoints, including touch performance, sound.etc.
- Using Agile working method to setup the user-centred design concepts for features and components within different Regions, e.g. Germany, UK, Turkey. etc.
- Output conceptual models, wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity interaction prototypes for usability testing through Axure, and other development tools in a very short period.
- Create UI specifications with Global UI team, and then manage and them through Polarion and Jira platform. Meanwhile, turn over the document to control test team for testing and review their test plan.
- Define and design the interaction behaviours (including interactive workflows) through coordinating with Product managers, as well as brand designers. Then confirm the feasibility of each function with hardware, software, and firmware developers.
- Successfully organizing lots of usability testing (external and internal) through cooperating with external agencies or preparing all by myself.
- Summarize lesson learned reports in the later stage of the project, in order to improve UI concepts for future.
- Create motion graphics and posters for Department events.
