I am a London-based UX Designer that cherishes learning about new things, working with various people, and continuously welcomes the opportunity to take on new challenges!
While in my last position, as a recruiter, I had to work with multiple challenging software, which impacted the company's productivity; I couldn't help but wonder: how might we fix this problem? After some research, I came across UX Design, and enrolled on a General Assembly UX Design immersive course.
I'm particularly fond of how UX is a fusion of psychology and design, allowing the designer to discover more about a particular domain, based on each project.
I strive to work as a UX designer within a creative atmosphere.

My team and I relied on the users interviewed to prioritise the most urgent assignment. To reach the solution, we adopted the double diamond design process, expanding on user research, and concentrating on the insights to define the problem: how to display learners' data more effectively. We developed a few ideas that were trimmed by user tests, delivering our solution: a dashboard where mentors could see the learners' targets and improvements. I conducted the competitor analysis, gathered all the information into affinity maps and extracted significant insights, which helped me create the persona and its journey; sketched the initial prototype and worked on the feature prioritisation.
