Onstory is an emerging start-up specialising in marketing and strategic consultancy for the music business. My role here is to work on ongoing Onstory administrative tasks, as well as on new projects coming in. My main duties range from: - internal emailing and weekly status reports to the Project Manager, - budget and time planning, - design of the Onstory graphics, following the brand guidelines, - production of the audiovisual contents for Onstory and clients' social media, - creation of PDF and PowerPoint brief presentations for clients.
RestArt Urban Festival is one of the most important street-art festivals in Italy. To ensure the success of this project, my day to day work included: - working hand in hand with the other organisers, - developing a brand manual and brand guidelines, - designing the graphics for printed material (merchandise, flyers, billboards), and the assets for the social media communication (Facebook and Instagram), - raising project funds via a range of platforms, - promoting community involvement, and negotiating with council authorities.
It was an internship at the Milan's Polytechnic University department specialized in audiovisual content production. I was involved in all the stages of the production: - take briefs to grasp client’s needs and specifications, - consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process, - design scripts and storyboards to create the shootings, - Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film, - Input music, dialogues and colour grading filters, - create motion graphics and sound effects, - Manage data and company files as well as curating the stock footage database, - set up the film screening to present the final output.
