Working as an international model scout for Faze Berlin, which has given me a strong insight into the modelling industry. Working in a model agency environment has shown me how to mentor and support my current scouted models and has also shown me how to keep an eye out for new talent. This position has also given me the opportunity to help develop the model’s portfolios by organising test shoots for them and keeping their digitals, details, and timetables updated.
