I am currently the Musical Director at JAF (Jesus Alive Fellowship) at Essex University. This is one of the societies at the Student's Union, within this role I am responsible for managing a team of musicians and singers. I must ensure to collate songs and arrangments weekly for our weekly meetings. For our larger functions and events, I have to also ensure that the setlist is created, that the team has rehearsed and that the overall sound is good.
