Overseeing and managing the end-to-end video workflow, producing, editing and grading short and long form con-tent; reporting to the Digital Asset Manager and Digital Curator, duties include:
· Manages the end-to-end video content workflow to supply over 1200 hours-worth of licensed, digitized, an-notated fashion film to a well-known global educational publisher
· Manages the videos through YNAP’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to a number of digital solutions involved in the workflow, including an external portal where fashion students will remotely access, view and annotate digitized footage
· Ensures the video workflow; digitization, metadata, annotation, delivery and archiving are up to date.
· Supervises external suppliers responsible for digitizing RSC archive footage and any other projects involving delivery and management of video content, both internally and externally
· Work with the Digital Asset Management Lead Technician to manage video content in the system and its successful integration with other technical delivery system
· Work with third-party supplier to manage concurrent archival back-up collections in Amazon Glacier and on to LTO tapes
· Conducts training and coaching to ensure consistent high performance face-to-face or remotely
· Produce, edit and grade content, both short and long form
· Ensures department output is correct and of high-quality
· Resolves digital asset queries quickly by efficiently prioritising requests

Senior Digital Intermediate (DI) AssistantLIPSYNC P0ST LIMITED

Providing frontline operational support to the grading department, reporting to the DI Manager and Head of Oper-ations, duties include:
· Supports the department’s senior management by taking on the additional responsibility of leading a team of 4, providing training and coaching to ensure consistent high performance
· Maintains an overview of projects and delegates tasks to team/colleagues on behalf of department leads
· Provides ad-hoc supervisory support to the manager and takes on various managerial duties
· Acts as the main interface for communications between the senior management team and the department
· Reports project updates and progress, key dates and deadlines to senior management and team
· Liaises with colourists to deliver frontline operational support to the grading department
· Monitors/manages grading media content and the general project set-up
· Conforms film, performs updates, match grading, VFX pulls, drops in, publishing, exports and deliverables
· Tracks all amends via the reporting log and ensures appropriate handling and archiving
· Acts as the key driver for the planning of the company’s future projects by organising team meetings
Achievements: Devised and implemented new and highly efficient approaches to performing vfx pulls; intro-duced structured processes to drive the overall standardisation, reliability and efficiency of procedures.
