Work history
Digital Project Manager
• I work on marketing campaigns for the Morrisons Online shopping, Customer and Corporate websites. In addition to this I also work on various microsites, display ads, emails, and social media assets.
• My role includes::
- Delivering high volume, fast turnaround projects
- Owning the projects and seeing them through end-to-end - gathering requirements, scoping work, resourcing, and creating budgets and timeframes. Ensuring all work is carried out in the most efficient manner possible, implementing changes if required
- Briefing the design and development teams
- Ensuring client and internal teams are well informed of their deliverables, responsibilities and deadlines
- Being able to work on multiple projects at any one time
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Responding to queries swiftly and concisely
- Producing project documentation
- Escalating issues if necessary
- Being the go-to person in the office due to my experience and expertise
- Creating pages on a CMS which involves using HTML
