    Implementation lead for Targeted Search – Strategy to target upwards of 40% of customer visits via site search on the groceries website. Using data analysis to optimise and personalise content and to enhance the customer experience. • Responsible for the planning, creation and deployment of all content, specifically supplier funded and event based campaigns designed to boost sales. • Executed structured content schedule and process plan with Design and Trading teams to manage workload and supplier expectations. • Carried out regular research of competitors, social media and customer insights to stay on top of trending themes and keywords. Resulting in uplift in customer engagement WoW. • Provided training to colleagues to support increasing interest and supplier demand. • Accountable for approximately £3.5 million per annum in supplier funding. Implementation lead for Branded Shelf – Strategy to deliver content that promotes brand loyalty, inspiration and ease of shop within the hierarchy of the groceries website to support online revenue targets. • Collaborated with Design and Development teams to remodel and update existing page layouts. Essential to provide custom templates for rapid turnaround time and tiered pricing to reflect on the supplier rate card. • Ran comprehensive tests of the new website functionality that enabled me to feed into A/B and MVT test initiatives. To further grow and develop this as an area of interest. • Liaised with key stakeholders and acted as the main point of contact to plan activity from concept to fruition. • Scheduled regular planning meetings with the UX team to discuss performance and identify opportunities to improve on offered customer centric solutions. Resulting in an average conversion increase of 54 percentage points on branded shelves versus non-branded shelves within the taxonomy. • Launched Branded Shelf activation for Coca-Cola, which was rated by the client as “best in class” and used as an example for US and EU markets. • Produced fluency and articulation in written and verbal communication, including copywriting, in accordance with Sainsbury’s tone of voice. • Worked in alignment of agile workflow principles, working on my own initiative to deliver accurate and timely cyclical content. • Demonstrated the ability to cover multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment, in order to assure ROI. Providing consistency with other Sainsbury's channels by adhering to brand guidelines, as well as SEO and accessibility best practice.

    Manager for the creation and activation of supplier funded ideas pages and corporate events on the groceries website. • Designed and built content for supplier led sampling campaigns and competitions based on brand guidelines and ease of shop. • Initiated the construction of the ‘Supplier Site’ to help simplify the booking process and build up rapport with suppliers.
