    Assisting with daily tasks such as allocations, off sales, accounts, on sales, building, repricing and sending reports to name a few using TMWIN Ticketmaster ticketing system. Working with the Customer service department with customer queries regarding exchanges/refunds and liaising with clients. Other tasks include printing, organising tickets and stock, working onsite box offices for festivals and events. This role involved working closely not only with clients but with the Account Managers to ensure each event is running smoothly. I also worked with other departments such as VIP nation and event ticketing managers with reporting, queries and other tasks. Working closely with Theaters, Venues and promoters creating great working relationships. Regularly working closely with external partners such as Ingresso and our resell platform. Regularly on site within box office and onsite to assist with events within such venues as the O2 and on site at festivals working first hand with promoters and the general public. I worked within sports and special events for a year with an achievement of being the box office manager for one of their high profile events Longines in the summer - I moved over to the music team to increase my knowledge and interest within that genre gaining more skills. I regularly performed daily Client Account Management tasks with the maintaining of three clients.
